Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae5333c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae5333c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/li>\n<li>For goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.<\/li>\n<li>The withdrawal period for services is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.<\/li>\n<li>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Bubble Tent Deutschland FM UG (Haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt), Eschenauer Str. 10, 90411 Nuremberg, Germany, <a style=\"font-size: 16px;\" href=\"mailto:test@test.de\">info@bubble-tent.net<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">, telephone: +49(0)7803 926 74 87) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). Consequences of revocation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f2d813 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"4f2d813\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7ab290 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d7ab290\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Goods<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b2488f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b2488f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. <span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ed5deb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ed5deb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.<\/p>\n<p>If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-817e2df elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"817e2df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3cda2f9 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3cda2f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">III. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9049df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f9049df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.<\/li>\n<li>The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, delivery of food and beverages and the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.<\/li>\n<li>The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have only started to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation when we start to fulfill the contract and we have made the content of your declaration available to you on a durable medium within a reasonable period of time after conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon delivery of the goods or before the execution of the service begins. We point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>The right of revocation shall expire prematurely if we have only commenced performance of the contract after you have given your express consent thereto and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of revocation upon commencement of performance of the contract on our part.
